Single volume, enhanced by a finely engraved pictorial frontispiece by Viviani after a design by Pollastrini. The title page features an elegant central typographical ornament.
Binding:
Contemporary half binding in dark leather with marbled boards. Spine with four raised bands, gilt titles, and rich decorative tooling: “ARIOSTO – ORLANDO FURIOSO – VOLUME UNICO.”
Condition:
Very good, solid copy. The binding shows only slight, natural wear to the boards; interior is fresh, with rare and light foxing.
