Printed in Venice in 1620 by Francesco Prati, divided into four books in one volume. Second edition.
Folio volume, contemporary cardboard binding with raised bands.

A fine printer’s device appears on the first and last pages, with decorative initials and numerous full-page engravings depicting horse tack and horseshoes. It is a treatise on equitation and farriery that also includes the work of the author’s father, Gio. Battista Ferraro.

The work is complete. Contemporary binding with defects, including splitting at the joints; otherwise in more than good original condition, with some humidity staining and a few watermarks.
